About the event

This  is the third year for Bigfoot & Brews, Michigans premier Bigfoot  Conference!  This year we've expanded to include the paranormal  community as well.  Held at Sister Lakes Brewing Company in Dowagiac, MI  minutes from the first sighting of The Dewey Lake Monster in June of  1964.  Doors open at 10am, this event is held outdoors in the brewery's  courtyard under a large permanent tent.  Breakfast options are available  until noon and then the full menu and adult beverages are available  throughout the entire conference.  Ask anyone who has attended the event  in the past and they will tell you the vibe and atmosphere at these  events are electric and the food and beverages are the best around. SLBC  is the only place you can get The Dewey Lake Monster IPA so grab a  Growler to take home!  This years Bigfoot & Brews and Spirits Too is  poised to be the best outing yet with Amy Bue from The Olympic Project  and Project ZooBook, Scott Tompkins ( creator of The Bigfoot Mapping  Project), Salt Fork State Park naturalist John Hickenbottom, Archbishop  Kristina Rake (author of God And The Paranormal) and special guest  Shetan Noir ( author, journalist ) who will open the event detailing the  local monster sightings from 1964, and the return of everyones favorite  Bigfoot, Bodeen!  Inbetween presenters make your way over to the Makers  Market section and check out the selection of jewlery, gemstones,  sculptures, carvings, hats, tshirts, soaps and candles from the finest  vendors the area has to offer.
